MAUZORA · DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA

Terms of Service

1. The service

Mauzora helps Tanzanian businesses record transactions, inventory and customer information and generate summaries. Features may change as the service improves. WhatsApp and AI features are future options and are not included until clearly released.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in, use the service lawfully and have authority to enter customer information. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful content or use Mauzora to deceive others.

3. Accuracy and responsibility

You control and remain responsible for the records you enter. Review all amounts, reports and customer balances before relying on them. Estimates can be incomplete when records are missing or incorrect.

4. Trial and paid plans

New eligible users receive one seven-day Bronze trial. No automatic payment is taken merely for starting the trial. Continued access to paid features after the trial requires choosing and paying for an available plan. Plan duration begins when payment is confirmed.

5. Availability

We aim for a dependable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

6. Ownership

You retain rights in the business records you enter. Mauzora retains rights in the application, brand, design and software. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is permitted.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict an account for non-payment, unlawful activity, security risks or serious breach of these terms. You may stop using Mauzora at any time. Where practical, users should export or retain records needed for their business before access ends.

8. Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, Mauzora is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made from incomplete records. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
